Iris Dental Lab provides a complete range of prosthodontic solutions — from single-unit esthetic crowns to complex multi-component implant restorations. Each service is delivered with the same commitment to premium materials, CAD/CAM precision, and our stage-by-stage quality control process. We work with both physical impressions and digital files (STL, DICOM), with a standard turnaround of 7–10 working days and rush orders available from 3–4 days.
Fixed Prosthetics
We fabricate single crowns and multi-unit bridges in zirconia (SageMax, Ivoclar, Aidite), lithium disilicate (e.max tablets), and layered ceramic (Ivoclar Vivadent, Max Ceram). Each restoration is engineered for precise marginal fit, correct occlusal anatomy, and long-term stability. Esthetic veneers are custom-milled or hand-laminated to match individual tooth anatomy and shade requirements. All fixed work is supported by digital scanning, CAD/CAM precision, and individual hand-finishing.
Implant-Supported Restorations
We design and fabricate custom titanium and zirconia abutments, implant-supported single crowns, and multi-unit implant bridges. Our beam structures include both beamless designs and rail systems for conditional removability. Every implant component is scanned, designed, and milled with CAD/CAM precision, then individually verified for fit and alignment before delivery.
Removable Prosthetics
Complete and partial dentures are fabricated using high-quality acrylic resin and denture base materials, with accurate tissue-tone characterization. We design and cast bügel (cast metal partial) frameworks and custom rail systems for conditional removability, ensuring optimal retention and patient comfort. All removable work is tested and adjusted before final delivery.
Digital Workflow — CAD/CAM, Milling & 3D Printing
Our laboratory is equipped with a dedicated CAD/CAM milling center, a precision zirconia milling machine, and multiple 3D printers — each configured for specific applications including resin models, surgical guides, and custom abutment blanks. We accept digital impressions in STL and DICOM formats for seamless case integration. Digital precision is combined with individual hand-finishing and magnification-based review before every shipment.
Wax-Up & Provisional Restorations (PMMA)
Before final fabrication of a complex restoration, we provide a diagnostic wax-up and PMMA provisional for clinical try-in. This allows you and your patient to confirm anatomy, form, and esthetic intent before committing to the permanent material. The PMMA provisional ensures 100% shape transfer to the final restoration — eliminating geometric surprises and giving your patient a reliable preview of the outcome.
Mouthguards & Gnathological Splints
We fabricate custom sports mouthguards for impact protection and precision gnathological splints for occlusal management, bruxism control, and therapeutic jaw positioning. Each appliance is individually thermoformed or milled to precise anatomical specifications and finished for optimal fit, retention, and patient comfort.
