About Us

Iris Dental Lab was founded in August 2025 in Tbilisi, Georgia, by Mikhail Farsadonov and Giorgi Kutateladze. Our laboratory operates from 72 Mikheil Burdzgla St, Tbilisi 0150, in a purpose-equipped facility designed for precision prosthodontics. We are a small, focused team committed to the craft of dental laboratory work — a discipline that demands accuracy, integrity, and obsessive attention to detail.

From the day we opened, our approach has been clear: we do not compete on volume or on price alone. We compete on the quality of each individual restoration that leaves our laboratory. Every case — from a single crown to a complex full-arch implant solution — receives the same level of care, material quality, and multi-stage quality control.

All four members of our team are certified (diplomaed) dental technicians and hold masters class certifications. Our combined clinical experience exceeds 35 years.

We believe in quality over quantity. This principle shapes every decision we make: material sourcing, equipment investment, production scheduling, and how we allocate time to each case. We use premium materials from trusted manufacturers — SageMax, Ivoclar Vivadent, Aidite, Max Ceram, and e.max — and we invest in CAD/CAM technology that allows us to achieve micrometric precision.

Our pricing reflects the standard of work we deliver. We are not the cheapest option in Tbilisi — and we are transparent about that. Our price point is slightly above the city average because we use better materials, we dedicate adequate time to each case, and we subject every restoration to rigorous, multi-stage quality control before it leaves our laboratory.

We also stand behind our work unconditionally. If a restoration requires adjustment, re-layering, or a full remake, we address it together with the referring clinician — no exceptions. We do not walk away from cases.

Iris Dental Lab maintains active professional relationships with leading international dental manufacturers. Mikhail Farsadonov is an official Ivoclar Vivadent opinion leader; Giorgi Kutateladze holds the same status with SageMax. These partnerships keep our team at the forefront of advances in material science, digital fabrication techniques, and esthetic dentistry — and they reflect the professional standing our founders have built over years of dedicated practice.

Through ongoing collaboration with global industry leaders, we bring internationally validated techniques and materials to every case that enters our laboratory — whether it comes from a clinic around the corner or from a referral partner further afield.

Every member of our team holds a state diploma as a qualified dental technician. In addition, all four technicians hold masters class certifications from advanced professional training programs. We do not employ unqualified personnel in any production role.

Our founders also hold certificates from specialized masters classes and manufacturer training programs, ensuring our techniques remain current with the latest clinical and material standards.
